What Queen M actually specifies
The Malaysian manufacturer catalogue gives Queen M dimensions of 61 × 31 × 10/7 cm, a firm feel and a curved ergonomic shape intended for back and side sleepers. Ergoworks identifies its M offer as TA-SMC-ORGN-QM, with variant ID 44494214267202. Those details matter more than a generic product title saying Original Pillow: do not assume an older cover, a different height or another regional size is the same purchase.
The two height figures describe the contour rather than an adjustable fill mechanism. You cannot remove loose stuffing to turn this M into another height. For side sleeping, the shoulder-to-mattress gap and how deeply your shoulder sinks affect the height you need; for back sleeping, check that the raised section supports the neck without forcing the head forward. These are fit considerations, not a promise that this pillow will correct posture or resolve pain.
